PMS: Introducing Central Guest Profiles
Now chain hotels can manage guest profiles centrally in mycloud and all guest details are captured to all the properties in the group. It helps hotels to track, manage and understand guest behavior better.

PMS: Introducing Pre-Checkout Notification
New option to notify checkout is released and this notification can be set 12/24 hrs before the check-out time. This notification will provide information regarding payment, and further checkout process in detail like pre-checkout letter to the guests.

Interface: Introducing New Interface with Lybra.tech for Revenue Management
mycloud interfaces with Lybra assistant revenue management system, which helps hotel properties to identify & capture potential revenue opportunities and it automates time-consuming revenue management processes too.

Interface: Introducing New Interface with EasyRewardz for Hotel Loyalty Program
mycloud interfaces with Easyrewardz, a 360-degree social collaborative and award-winning rewards marketplace. Easyrewardz helps customers to track & manage their guest loyalty balance from a single dashboard. Users will earn easypoints, which can be redeemed in easyrewardz marketplace and its merchant network, on each transaction.

PMS: Introducing API 2.0

Application programming interface (API) is upgraded to 2.0, the upgraded version of API allows mycloud PMS to exchange bookings, availability, guest details, and payment/folio details with other interfaced systems more efficiently.
