We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Outreach and Channel Sales Manager who is full of ideas and Software, Service industry contacts to help us ensure  commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to Channel sales outreach and relationship management.
  • Identify and source Channel partner opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
  • Research resellers/partners, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing reseller/partner relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
  • Deliver a great experience to our new and existing resellers/partners when working with our organization – you will represent our brand and be our Channel sales’ liaison internally.
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with resellers/par tners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
  • Keep a great ongoing relationships with current resellers/partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
  • Build the organizational network by through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Deliver reseller/partner sales and services training sessions.
  • Develop reseller /partner marketing plans and events.
  • Ensure reseller/partners comply with contract terms.
  • Strategize around reseller/partner management and build sales through partners.

  • Own Customer Relations during the entire Life Cycle of the Client.

Job Description:

As a Sales Director for mycloud, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of technology solutions in the hospitality space. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end sales management, including driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration, across all customer segments for both Indian and International markets.

This is essentially a high-quality technology solution selling with a deep understanding of the customer business environment and ensuring that the company is the preferred partner/vendor. You will engage across levels and roles in the customer organization including CXO’s and functional leaders.

In this role, you will be responsible to work closely with the leadership team at mycloud and help with strategizing and scaling up mycloud and formulate market entry strategy and identify potential markets across the globe.

  • You know how to operate in small businesses that are ambitious and yet how to manage and workaround operating constraints when things are not perfect.
  • You carry 5-8 years of sales experience with SaaS/Technology products/B2B sales
  • Strong problem solving and ability to work with CXO’sExcellent communication
  • Position the team to grow successfully beyond its current targets, increasing the revenue of the team year on year.
  • Operating in a high-growth environment, this will likely be achieved by defining a clear and compelling plan.
  • Effective prioritization, translating business objectives into specific goals for the given area.
  • Identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them.
  • Applying internal and external C-level resources to build a compelling, consistent vision for our customers.
  • Cross-functional engagement with Sales, Sales Engineering, Partner Alliances, Services & Employee Success.
  • Defining a clear and compelling annual plan, driving a culture of strong execution, orientation towards developing new customer accounts, expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
  • Managing the AE’s to help drive and close both strategic/complex deals as well as regular run rate smaller deals.
  • Development of the team, including recruiting, hiring and training new account executives on the sales process.
  • Driving operational rigor: Overseeing the full cycle of sales: from developing sales campaigns, demand generation.
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results.
  • A sales manager with a proven, successful background in sales of 10+ years, ideally sales management for last 5-6 years in the SaaS technology domain, and in building, inspiring and motivating a team of Account Executives.
  • Day-to-day, driving and managing a sales team with a strong cadence of deal closure on a monthly and quarterly basis; track record of consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Strategic sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple SaaS offerings, while building satisfied, loyal and reference-able customers.
  • Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • A belief that the team should be recognized as much for its culture as for its results.
  • Can demonstrate examples of inspiring new and existing customers to commit to a journey of transformation, using technology as a platform.
  • Proven record of sales success in the SaaS or CRM domain.
  • Solid understanding of PaaS/SaaS & business value selling.
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.
