This release contains the following new features and improvements.

PMS => Reports

A new report type called “Domicile and Rate Code” has been added under the MIS Reports section. This report offers detailed insights into guest nationality and the revenue generated by specific rate codes. It helps track which guest nationalities and rate codes contribute the most to the business.

A new report type called “Market Segment and Business Source Extract” has been added under MIS productivity. This report offers detailed insights into various market segments and the revenue generated from different business sources. It helps in identifying which market segments and sources are contributing the most to the overall business revenue.

PMS => Guest History

A new “dropdown option” has been introduced in guest profile and personal information screen to select the “state and city”. This feature aims to standardize spellings and ensure uniformity across all entries, thereby improving data consistency and accuracy.

A new option has been introduced in guest profile and personal information screen to enter the “guest’s language and profession”. This feature aims to provide more personalized services and better understand the guests’ backgrounds, enhancing the overall guest experience.

A new feature has been introduced in guest profile and personal information screen allowing hotels to record two different addresses for each guest: one for home and one for business. This enhancement enables hotels to better manage guest information by distinguishing between personal and business addresses. Additionally, it provides the flexibility to choose which address to use for billing purposes, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of the invoicing process.

PMS => Reservations => Turn Away Guest

A new feature, the “Turn away guest” button, has been added to the reservation screen. This button allows the reservation team to mark a guest’s enquiry has turned away instead of cancelling it. This distinction helps ensure that such enquiries do not negatively impact the hotel’s productivity reports and overall performance metrics. By using this feature, hotels can better track and manage potential guests who were interested but did not book, providing more accurate data for performance analysis.

PMS => Reservations => Tag Reservation Office

A new feature, the “Tag reservation office” option, has been added to the reservation screen for managing reservations. This functionality allows hotel operators to tag each reservation with the specific reservation office that handled it. By doing so, hotels can gain insights into the productivity and performance of different reservation offices. This detailed tracking helps in assessing efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing the overall reservation process.

🚀 Improvements

Interface => Club++

The club++ module has been enhanced to now support the handling of room advances paid. This modification allows the system to efficiently manage and track any advance payments made for room bookings, ensuring that all financial transactions related to room reservations are accurately recorded and easily accessible. This improvement is aimed at streamlining the reservation and payment processes, providing better financial oversight and convenience for both hotel operators and guests.
