This report reveals powerful insights into what guests value most— from seamless check-ins to personalised experiences. Dive into real feedback, uncover trends, and find out how to boost loyalty and drive repeat bookings.
🚀 Improvements
We have enhanced the mycloud PMS features in this upgrade.
- Now assign rooms to maid effortlessly for a chosen date range in the housekeeping module.
- Housekeeper Report will now include from date and to date for better tracking.
- Cashiering: Transaction date range now filters data based on departure date for accurate reporting.
- Enhanced log screen for a clearer view of housekeeping schedules.
- Digital payment information is now seamlessly sync’s with club data.
- Dubai Hotel establishment statistics will now include house use count.
- History & forecast report is optimised to show a maximum of 90 days for faster performance.
- Invoice data sent to ZATCA now includes date and time for GST compliance.
