PMS → Interfaces → Meta WhatsApp Integration
Connect with guests more efficiently using the new Meta WhatsApp integration.
As a Meta Technology Partner, mycloud PMS introduces a Meta WhatsApp Business Account Interface, enabling hotels to onboard, activate, and configure their Meta WhatsApp Business accounts directly through the mycloud platform for seamless guest communication.
With this integration, mycloud PMS simplifies the WhatsApp Business onboarding process, helping hotels connect their Meta accounts and activate WhatsApp messaging without complex technical setup. Hotels can streamline guest notifications across PMS, POS, and Guest Self-Service operations, including booking confirmations, reservation amendments, cancellations, pre-arrival messages, check-in updates, pre-departure reminders, and payment link sharing.

Simplify electronic invoicing with support for Indian GST taxation formats.
Building on its existing e-invoicing interfaces, mycloud PMS now introduces a new Binary Semantics e-invoicing integration, expanding its support for Indian GST requirements.
With this addition, hotels have another integration option alongside MasterGST, making it easier to connect their invoicing workflows, reduce manual coordination, and streamline GST-related billing processes.

PMS → Interfaces → E-Invoicing → Mauritius E-Invoicing
Manage Mauritius e-invoicing requirements with a dedicated interface.
mycloud PMS now introduces a Mauritius e-invoicing interface, helping hotels simplify electronic invoicing and support local VAT taxation requirements.
With this integration, hotels can configure invoicing using MVAT tax definitions, with taxes calculated as exclusive, making it easier to manage country-specific tax requirements and streamline billing operations.

🚀 Improvements
We’ve improved several operational and financial reports to make them easier to read and more actionable:
Guest Self-Service → VAT-Inclusive Room Rates & Departure Date Control
Provide clearer booking information while maintaining better control over departure dates.
The Guest Self-Service application has been enhanced with two important updates:
- For hotels using VAT configuration, the Booking Summary screen now displays room prices inclusive of VAT.
- In-house guests can no longer edit their departure date through the Guest Self-Service application.
Why you’ll love it: Give guests clearer visibility of VAT-inclusive room prices while keeping departure date changes within the hotel’s controlled workflows.
PMS → Tape Chart → Hourly Booking View
Manage multiple bookings across different hours of the same day with greater flexibility.
A new hourly Chart View has been introduced in the mycloud PMS Tape Chart, allowing hotel teams to view reservations by hour instead of
relying only on a conventional date-based calendar.
The enhanced view enables users to:
- View room bookings across hourly time slots.
- Create bookings for different times on the same day.
- Access the functions available in other Tape Chart viewing modes.
Why you’ll love it: Gain better visibility into hourly room usage and simplify the management of day-use and time-based bookings.
PMS → Parameter Setup → Advanced Control → Thank You Letter Subject
Add a more personalized touch to post-checkout guest communication.
Hotels can now configure the email subject line for the automated Thank You Letter sent to guests after checkout.
The new option is available under Parameter Setup, Step 9, within the Send Thank You Letter on Check-out configuration.
Why you’ll love it: Customize post-stay email subject lines to better reflect your hotel’s communication style.
PMS → Reports → Guest Databank → Revenue Breakdown
Understand guest spending beyond room revenue.
The Guest Databank Report has been enhanced with additional revenue columns, providing greater visibility into spending across different hotel services.
The new columns include:
- Room Revenue
- F&B Revenue
- MoD Revenue
- Other Revenue
These columns appear after the existing Stay Total column.
Why you’ll love it: View different revenue contributions within guest records, helping hotel teams better understand guest spending patterns and identify opportunities for more relevant offers.
Interfaces → Channel Manager → STAAH-SU Connectivity Enhancement
Strengthen channel manager communication with dynamic token authentication.
The STAAH-SU channel manager interface has been updated to support dynamic token-based authentication.
Following changes introduced by the STAAH-SU technical team, mycloud now supports dynamic token generation for API communication, replacing reliance on a static authentication approach where this functionality is enabled.
Why you’ll love it: Support more secure API communication between mycloud PMS and the STAAH-SU channel manager interface.
Note: Dynamic authentication requires the relevant interface configuration to be enabled.
Interfaces → Channel Manager → STAAH → Derived Rates with Meal Plans
Improve rate synchronization when meal plans are part of your pricing strategy.
The STAAH channel manager integration now supports sending derived rates with additional meal plan values when the relevant rate-management and interface options are enabled.
When a meal plan is marked as exclusive and the interface is configured to include exclusive plans with derived rates, the system adds the meal plan value to the rate sent through the channel manager.
Reservations created using these rates retain the meal-plan-inclusive amount, with the associated reservation inclusion updated accordingly.
Why you’ll love it: Improve consistency between configured room rates, meal plan values, channel manager rate synchronization, and reservation details.
PMS → E-Invoice → KSA → Credit Voucher After Checkout
Manage post-checkout credit vouchers with greater flexibility.
mycloud PMS now allows hotels using the KSA e-invoicing interface to generate credit vouchers after a guest has checked out.
Once the required KSA interface configuration is saved, authorized users can generate credit vouchers during the invoice month and within the first 15 days of the following month.
The updated process also supports the required ledger postings through configured special accounts.
Why you’ll love it: Simplify eligible post-checkout credit voucher workflows and support more structured financial adjustments.
