Here's what you have to do
  • Handling and Maintenance of our channel Partner and finding new channel partners and Resellers
  • Creating network of franchisees and own Commercially Converted, to reach clients and excellent services
  • Launch and manage all online marketing campaigns that get Resellers and customer to take an action – from downloading a brochure to setting up a free trial to contacting sales
  • Giving online demos and engaging with prospective partners and also providing them with pre sales help
  • Rapidly increase our distribution footprint.
  • Engage with prospective partners and get them to sign up as resellers
Requirements
  • 1-3 years work experience.
  • Solid organization skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience running cross-channel campaigns is preferred.
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English.
  • Channel Sales & Pre sales: 1-3 years
  • If you have Hospitality background and experience, it would be ideal but not must.

  • Coordination with other teams to create a good atmosphere
  • Seek help of seniors to convert difficult customers
Requirements
  • Should have 3-5 yrs of software product selling experience or alternatively experience in Hotel operations.
  • If you have Hospitality background and experience, it would be ideal.
  • Should have computer skills on internet, and good presentation skills
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English
  • Fluent Speech and communication skills.

The Role
Exciting hospitality software company is looking for customer facing Trainee- Executives in Customer Success (Marketing, Sales and Customer Service). All roles are based in our London office with full time employment opportunities at the end of a successful traineeship period.

Prologic First offers a comprehensive suite of software solutions for the hospitality industry. Prologic First’s clientele are a wide range of hotels, hotel apartments, restaurants, amusement parks and attractions. Prologic First’s products include end to end property management systems as well as solutions for specialized hospitality functions including mobile, android based applications. Prologic First has been in business for over 20 years and has offices in London, Dubai, New Delhi, Kuala Lumpur and several other locations through channel partners.
Mycloud Hospitality is a brand new, startup, cloud based hospitality solution from Prologic First. Aimed at small to mid size hotels, B&Bs, hostels anywhere in the world, the software allows establishments to manage the properties with little or no upfront expenses on hardware, servers etc.
Who are we looking for
Smart, young, ambitious and hardworking Trainee – Executives, Customer Success
to join us in a fast, fun environment and help shape the future of the company. As early starters you will receive complete and thorough product training and start working across sales, marketing and customer support under guidance of our friendly managers. The internship will cover hands on work experience in one or more departments and successful candidates will be confirmed as members of the Customer Success team.

What you'll learn/gain from this experience

Requirements to Apply
  • Ability to interact with customers in target markets – USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, and schedule product demo appointments, prospecting mostly via cold calls and limited digital marketing
  • Educating customers and yourselves about technology on the cloud and innovations in hospitality
  • A genuine interest in travel, meeting people and having fun, interesting conversations and discussions
  • Awareness of digital marketing, social, blogging, design – Marketing roles
  • A passion to help others, solve problems with a smile
  • Keen listening and understanding
  • Crisp, clear English is mandatory for all roles, additional language proficiency will be an advantage
  • Friendly, cheerful, easy to get along with personality
  • Team player with an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Knowledge of any one of Latin American and European languages is must and multiple languages is preferred We prefer candidates who are currently in the UAE and have no immediate plans to relocate. Candidates should be on a college / dependent visa and have no objection to transfer to a company visa once they have accepted permanent positions at the end of the internship period.
